These terms and conditions govern your purchase and use of All About Eve’s gift cards and eGift cards (together, gift cards).

By purchasing or using a gift card, you indicate you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions. 

Validity and expiry

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue displayed on the card, or in the e‑gift card communication. Any remaining balance will be forfeited upon the expiry of the Gift Card.

Where you can use the card

Redeemable only at All About Eve stores  in Australia and online at allabouteve.com.au, subject to website availability and usual trading hours.

How to redeem

Present the physical gift card, the print out of the e-gift card confirmation page or the e-gift card barcode on your mobile device at checkout in-store, or enter the e‑gift card number at online checkout.

Cards may be redeemed in one or multiple transactions until the balance is zero or the card expires. You may combine the balances of multiple gift cards to complete a purchase.

Split payments are permitted. Any balance remaining on the card after part‑payment will be retained on the card until used or expired.

Reloading and reuse

Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up. Once the balance is reduced to zero, the card cannot be reused.

Cash, refunds and exchanges

Not redeemable for cash (except where required by law). No change will be given.

Purchases made with a gift card are subject to our standard returns policy. Approved refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be credited back to a gift card (or as otherwise required by law).

Load amounts & Balance enquiries

Loadable values: $25 to $250 per card, unless otherwise advertised at point of sale.

Check balances in‑store or online. Balance enquiries are free of charge.

Lost, stolen or damaged cards

Treat gift cards like cash. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser on supply.

All About Eve is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards, or for unauthorised use.

At All About Eve's discretion, a card may be replaced if satisfactory proof of purchase and card number is provided and the card has not expired or been fully redeemed. A reasonable replacement fee may apply.

GST

No GST is payable on the sale (face value) of a gift card. GST, if any, is applied to goods or services purchased with the card.

Restrictions

Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Cards are not legal tender, a credit card, charge card or debit card, and are not covered by deposit‑taking protections.

Redemption may be unavailable during system outages or where fraud is suspected.

Fraud and security

All About Eve may suspend or cancel a card, or reduce a card balance to the extent reasonably necessary, if there is evidence of fraud, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. Any action will be proportionate and, where practicable, notice will be provided.

System availability and errors

Reasonable efforts are made to ensure gift card systems and balance information are accurate and available. To the extent permitted by law, [Brand] is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by factors outside its control. This does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Variations

We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Any variations will be effective upon the posting of the revised terms and conditions on our website. 

Your continued use of a gift card after the posting of the revised terms and conditions constitutes your agreement to the revised terms and conditions.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with e‑gift cards will be handled in accordance with All About Eve’s Privacy Policy here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By purchasing or using a gift card, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
