  • Standard orders placed by 11 am (AEDT Monday-Friday) will be sent from our warehouse the same day.

Standard Delivery Charges

  • FREE EXPRESS delivery within Australia on orders over $50;
  • $10 delivery charge on Australian orders under $50; and
  • $20 flat rate fee on all New Zealand orders. (Australia Post are currently experiencing delays, please refer to the below for additional information)
  • No Free returns available on NZ orders

Express Orders

  • Express orders placed by 11am (AEDT Monday - Friday) will be sent from our warehouse the same day. Expect to receive your order within 1 - 3 business days.

Express Delivery Charges

  • $10 delivery charge on Australian orders over $50;
  • $15 delivery charge on Australian orders under $50; and
  • No express shipping available on NZ orders

Delivery Estimates*

  • All orders are delivered via Australia Post using eParcel, unless otherwise arranged prior to the transaction.
  • However we are not responsible for any delays during postage. Please note that signature on delivery is required for all items. If you are not able to sign for your item the driver will leave a post office pick up slip.
  • If all items you have requested are in stock, we will endeavour to post your order within 1 business day.
  • Your order will only be processed and shipped once your payment has been confirmed, and the total balance is paid in full.

  • A message from Australia Post- COVID-19 Update. Australia Post are experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Australia Post are working with their partner airlines and other postal operators to move as quickly as possible and clear backlog. Please also note that Australia Post have suspended their 'Economy Air' international delivery service for parcels and Economy letters containing merchandise to all countries, territories & regions effective the 3rd Of April 2020 and until further notice.
